Mvuu Camp is a rustic Malawi accommodation option in Liwonde National Park south of Lake Malawi. Lying on the banks of Shire River, the camp offers fabulous game viewing and extraordinary bird watching opportunities. From the bar or boma, Elephants can be seen during the dry months of the year. The wooden riverside bench is a perfect place to sit and watch the great variety of bird species.
Guests have the choice between en-suite chalets or walk-in tents sharing the ablution facilities. Being the only safari lodge accommodation in Lilongwe National Park the two sister camps, Mvuu Safari Camp and Mvuu Wilderness Lodge, offer the best birding location in Southern Africa and finest park in the whole of Malawi.
